# Analyze

> Look back at what your machines did. Dashboards, printable reports, reports sent on a schedule, and the data they can draw on.

**Analyze** turns stored data into dashboards and reports: production and energy over a shift, data quality per
device, which rules fired most, how long devices were connected. In the hub, these screens are in the **Analyze**
menu.

## What you find here

| Screen | What it is for |
| --- | --- |
| **Dashboards** | Interactive pages of charts, tables and figures that refresh by themselves. Proxus ships ready-made ones; you can change them or build your own. |
| **Reports** | Documents laid out in pages, to read on screen, print or export (PDF, Excel and others). Some ask for a device, a tag and a number of days before they run. |
| **Scheduled Deliveries** | Runs a report at set times and sends the file by email. |
| **Reporting Federation** | Shows whether dashboards and reports can join telemetry with the device, gateway, rule and alert lists. |

Items whose names start with **[Proxus Built-in]** come with the product. They are added when the reporting
federation is ready, and are updated with the product.
