# Data History

> A dashboard item that shows how far each plant's stored history reaches, with the start date, values stored, assets and signals.

The **Data History**  item shows how far back the stored data reaches,
one card per group (plant, gateway or any other grouping), the deepest first.

- **Header.** The values stored in all.
- **Card.** The days from the first value to the latest, a bar against the deepest group, the date the history starts,
  the values stored and the signals and assets behind them.

## Data fields

**Group**, **First value** and **Latest value** are required: bind the first value with the **Min** summary and the
latest with **Max**. **Values stored**, **Assets** and **Signals** add their counts.
