# Stop Log

> A dashboard item that lists every stop, newest first, with its start, machine, line, reason and length, and marks the stops still going on.

The **Stop Log** item lists every stop the way a shift log is kept, newest
first and grouped by shift. Each row has:

- The start time.
- The machine and its line.
- The reason.
- How long the stop lasted.

A stop that is still going on is red and marked **still stopped**.

The row above the table covers the newest shift: the number of stops, the time they took, the longest one and how
many machines are still stopped.

## Data fields

**Machine** and **Start** are required: one row per stop. Bind **Start** to text that sorts in time order, such as
`2026-11-06 14:05`. The item shows the time part. **Shift** groups the rows. **Line** and **Reason** describe each stop.
**Minutes** gives its length. **Still stopped** is `1` while the stop lasts; bind it with the **Max** summary.

## Where to see it

The Meridian demo plant uses it on **Meridian · Shift Command Center**.
