About Proxus
We are a small, focused engineering team based at NKU Technopark in Corlu, Turkey. We build industrial IoT infrastructure that helps manufacturing, energy, and utility operations connect their machines, unify their data, and act on it in real time.
What We Build
Proxus is an Industrial IoT platform designed for IT/OT convergence. It connects industrial assets at the edge using 50+ industrial protocols, unifies operational data with a Unified Namespace (UNS) architecture based on ISA-95 and MQTT Sparkplug B, and enables real-time dashboards, rule-based automation, and AI integration - from a single trusted platform.
We started Proxus because the tools available for industrial data infrastructure were either too expensive, too complex to integrate, or designed for IT environments that do not understand the operational constraints of factory floors and field sites.
The Team
We are a small core team operating out of NKU Technopark (Namik Kemal University Technology Park), Corlu, Tekirdag - a hub for industrial and software R&D in northwestern Turkey.
The platform is led by Volkan Alkilic, with over 20 years of experience in industrial software engineering, having architected data pipelines and IIoT solutions across manufacturing sites globally. LinkedIn
