Data Gaps
A dashboard item that lists every stretch in which a source delivered fewer minutes than expected, newest first, with its start, end and minutes missing.
The Data Gaps item lists every gap in the data, the newest first. A gap is a run of periods in which a source delivered fewer minutes than expected. Use the list as the windows to check, or to load again, in the systems the data feeds.
- Header. How many gaps the window has and how many minutes are missing in all.
- Row. The source, its group, when the gap started and ended (the start of its first period and the end of its last), and the minutes missing. A gap that reaches the latest period is marked still open and ends now.
Gaps shorter than the listed minimum are left out, and the list shows a set number of gaps; it says how many older ones it does not show. Select a gap to filter the other items of the dashboard by its source.
