Machine Grid
A dashboard item with a card per machine, grouped by line in flow order, showing its state and reason, its rate and its stops this shift.
The Machine Grid shows every machine as it is now, grouped by line. Use it on a floor screen or a supervisor's phone, to see which machine is down, why and for how long.
- Line header. The line's name, the product it runs and how many of its machines are in each state.
- Card. One machine, in flow order: its state and the reason, its actual rate against the ideal rate, how long it has been in its current state, and its stops and micro-stops this shift. A card with three or more micro-stops marks them.
The state colours and words are the same as on the State Timeline. Cards fill as many columns as the item's width allows, two on a phone. Select a card to filter the other items of the dashboard by that machine.
