Deteriorating Assets
A dashboard item that ranks the assets whose health is falling fastest, with how far it fell and when it reaches the act line at that pace.
The Deteriorating Assets item lists the assets whose health is falling fastest, the fastest first. Use it to plan maintenance before an asset reaches its act line, rather than after.
Each row shows the asset, its health now, how many points it lost over the recent days, a small trend, and when it reaches the act line if it keeps falling at the same pace (or that it is already below it). Assets whose health is steady or rising are left out; when no asset is falling, the item says so.
The date is a straight line through the recent days, not a remaining-life model. It shows where the trend leads if nothing changes. Select a row to filter the other items of the dashboard by that asset.
